I created this pattern over 25 years ago when I became a mum and I am still using my first one to this day. I quickly learned that the need for a large durable bag came with the 'mum' job description. With reinforced 12"/30cm canvas straps & seams this bag can carry well more than I can (up to 50lbs/23kg). The added 9.25"/25cm pocket on the front of the bag is perfect for your keys & phone and saves them from being buried in the bottom.
